How to Submit a Painting?

 

We invite both professional and emerging artists with prior exhibition experience.
The Art Center website is designed for those who believe an artist should focus on creativity, not spend time on the commercial realization of their art.
We take on this work – listing in the catalog or premium section, advertising, promotion, finding buyers and negotiating with them, sales, payment, and other organizational tasks.
You set your own pricing policy, although in certain cases we may recommend a price adjustment.
The website's features – a constantly updated catalog and many other functions – help artists find Their buyer, and help buyers find Their art!

 

All artworks undergo verification, so please email examples of your work to iri-galieva@inbox.ru.

 

CATALOG LISTING

Required information for each artwork: Artist, Title, Materials, Dimensions, Year of Creation, Price (including our 30% commission; for works priced under 6,000 RUB, the commission is a fixed 1,500 RUB), and a brief description for each piece.
The artwork's location (city) must be specified.
If your work is sold on another online platform, you must notify us immediately so we can remove the listing from our site.
Consent for listing is based on a public offer agreement.
Important for artists listing in the catalog: The website displays only the final price, which includes our commission. This means the artist cannot list the work at a lower price on other online resources. If you wish to change the price of a work, you must notify us in advance.
We are as interested in selling your paintings as you are, therefore we reserve the right to recommend a price change to you.

 

PREMIUM SECTION LISTING

After the works are approved, you must submit the following information for each artwork: Artist, Title, Materials, Dimensions, Year of Creation, Price (including our 50% commission), a photo of the artist, the artist's CV with a detailed biography, photos of the artwork from different angles, a photo of the artist holding or standing next to the artwork, the story behind the painting, and a detailed description of the artwork and its creation. The artwork's location (city) must be specified.
Artworks in the premium section may only be listed on our online resource – you cannot list or sell them online or offline on other platforms for the duration of their listing on the Art Center website.
If the work is sold on another platform or for other reasons (e.g., change of mind about selling), the artist will be subject to penalty fees.
A contract is signed for the listing of artworks.
The artwork size must be no smaller than 30 cm on its longest side. Exceptions are miniatures and works of collector-level significance.
If works pass the selection, high-quality photos must be sent upon request.
All artworks are listed with an organizational fee after approval.
Listing period: from 3 works for 3 months (longer periods are negotiable).

Our online platform for selling contemporary art promotes works across all internet resources, using the latest technologies to attract a larger number of buyers.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

In case of a sale, the artist is responsible for packing their artwork securely (preferably with video documentation) and shipping it to the buyer via a courier or to a pick-up point, as agreed.
Delivery is at the artist's expense.
