The Art Center has been collaborating with Artists and painting authors for many years.
When listing a painting for sale on the online site, the Art Center and the Artist complete the necessary documentation and a cooperation agreement.
The Art Center notifies the Artist of all targeted actions regarding the painting(s).
Paintings are stored in specialized premises or studios.
Temperature and humidity are regulated.
To prevent unforeseen circumstances, paintings undergo monthly quality checks.
The paintings are under strict surveillance.
We strive to use cameras with the highest shooting quality to reproduce the colors of our artists' works as accurately as possible.
Our artists take a highly responsible approach to packaging their works, meticulously using all necessary packing materials.
The packaging process is supervised by our gallerist, Irina Galieva.
All artists provide video documentation of the packaging of their works.

All paintings in our gallery are exclusive and exist in a single copy, available only with us. We trust that you approach the acquisition of a work of art responsibly. We also rely on your social responsibility, respect for art, and respect for artists during the selection process.
A return is possible only if:
1. The item has not been used.
2. Its consumer properties, original appearance, and labels are preserved.
3. The cash or sales receipt is retained.
You may return a painting within 14 days of purchase.
Please review the return procedure in detail before initiating a return.
A refund for an order is issued only in the case of a confirmed defect, documented upon receipt of the item with video evidence of the unboxing.
For orders paid by bank card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for payment.
Funds for orders paid by other methods may be returned upon your request to the same account used for the order.
If you paid in cash upon delivery, a refund is possible via bank transfer.
Refunds are not processed on days declared as official state holidays of the Russian Federation.
Cash refunds are made based on a written application stating the recipient's full name and upon presentation of an identity document.
If you refuse an item of proper quality, a refund is not issued.
If you file a claim regarding product quality, the review of the claim and a refund for the item (including delivery cost, if the item indeed has defects) is processed within 10 days of the item's receipt and the claim submission.

ART WITHOUT BORDERS Art Center provides the option to pay for a painting in installments through Sberbank PJSC. Installment payments are available for a period from 3 to 30 months. You can pay for an item in installments using a special button under the price tag on the product page.
Available only for cards of the "MIR" payment system.
